WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN
The numbers on fertilizer (for example 13-13-13) represent the value of the three macro nutrients used by plants: Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium (NPK for short). The higher the number, the more concentrated the nutrient is in the fertilizer.
